Ways to Pay:

• In Person at the Magistrate Court windows at 501 N. Maple Street, Blackfoot, ID 83221

• Mail your payment (with your case number) to:

• Drop Box located in front of the Courthouse (enclose your payment in an envelope that contains your name and case number on the payment/check)

Payment Plans and Fine Review Hearings:

Payment Plans are reviewed monthly.  If your payment is not made as outlined in your Payment Plan, the Defendant shall appear in person for a Fine Review Hearing before a Magistrate Judge on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 1:15 PM.  

If your payment has been paid, there is no need to attend the Fine Review Hearing.
