Misdemeanor and Felony - Ways to Pay

Online Payments

In-Person Payments

  • Include your name and case number with your payment.
  • Bingham County Magistrate Court

Courthouse Drop Box

  • A secure payment drop box is located at the front entrance of the Courthouse.
  • Place your payment in an envelope labeled with your name and case number.

Review Hearings for Payment Plans and Fines

  • Payment plans are reviewed each month by Court Staff and/or a Magistrate Judge
  • If you miss a payment or do not pay according to your plan:
    • You must attend a Fine Review Hearing in person.
    • Hearings are held on the second Thursday of every month at 1:15 PM before a Magistrate Judge.
  • If your payments are up to date, you do not need to attend the hearing.
