Agriculture Protection Area

The Agricultural Protection Area Commission are volunteers who are appointed to advise the Board of County Commissioners on matters regarding agricultural protection area proposals.

The Agricultural Protection Area (APA) Commission will schedule meetings by TBD.

The APA Commission is currently being established, in accordance with Bingham County Code Title 2 Chapter 2 and Idaho Code § 67-9704.

On "Quasi-Judicial" matters, there shall be no contact or discussion with the public with any of the Commission Members pertaining to specific requests that are scheduled or may be in a conceptual plan.
